Physician, Motivator, Encourager, Strengthener, Comforter, Minister – Malissa M Barbosa, DO, MS is the author of Next Level - Stepping out of the Ordinary into the ExtraOrdinary.

Dr. Malissa is currently a resident of Internal Medicine at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  She is also a psalmist, budding writer, and God’s mouthpiece to the nations.  As her dream unfolds, she has had to overcome hardships, setbacks and disappointments that eventually gave birth to the vision of Next Level.  A dedicated servant of the Lord, Dr. Malissa ministers to and to encourages those individuals who believe that it is too late or that God has forgotten them along this road called life.  It is Dr. Barbosa’s prayer that this blog serves as a catalyst for you to launch into your Next Level.   In addition to her ministry, she is also a dedicated wife to her husband, Pedro, a daughter, sister, auntie, confidant and friend.
